One of my favourite things about counselling is getting to know the stories of my clients. Allowing them to share their happy memories, sad memories, their feelings and revealing who they are inside. 

Sometimes we feel that our life story has been pushed upon us and that is just how it is, but through counselling I have seen clients take hold of their story and create new paths to make a new life-story.

You can't change your past but you can change your attitude and use your past to create a new inspiring story. You don't have to let your past define your future. Each new day is another chance to change who you are.
