Sometimes it can be difficult to ask for help but we can all use counselling at different stages throughout our life. My goal is to help people, in all stages of life, to find inner-happiness and achieve their goals. Online counselling offers accessibility and discretion to those who may have found those to be barriers to traditional facilities.
We’re each unique; we each see the world in our own way; we each value different things in life. My approach to counselling, acknowledges that we each have a physical, mental and spiritual side. It is based on an eclectic type of counselling which combines carefully selected elements of the following therapies:
